Horrible Courier Service...

Ordered a part from an online retailer and paid for the 2-3 working day deliver. Item was shipped from Cape Town and arrived in East London a week later ( I understand with corona it will take time) My parcel has been out for deliver for the last 10 working days and I still have not received it. Contacting Dawn Wing is an effort in itself. Constantly hanging up on purpose. I eventually get through and speak to a wonderful lady that promises that it will be delivered and nope it does not. It is a constant fight just to talk to someone there and when you do they keep promising me my package will be delivered. Just outright horrible service.
