Horrible Communication on late delivery

Dawn Wing has been really terrible with communication.

My item has taken over 12 days to be delivered. I keep phoning in every day to try and find out when it will be delivered. The staff members keep taking my number, logging a ticket however nobody is getting back to me.

I would just like some communication on where the item is and when it will be delivered.
