Horrible and unreliable!!!!!

Terrible communication. I'm still waiting on my parcel. After the call center promised they will do so on Friday evening. I waited and waited. Have to move my event as they didn't deliver my products.

They costed me so much money as I had to refund people. I'm terribly disappointed in their service
