Horrible.

i had a delivery out on tuesday but i needed to change the address since i’m not at work due to the coronavirus, it’s already friday and i haven’t received it even though i’ve called everyday since tuesday trying to get it on delivery again. everyday i was promised the next day it would be out on delivery. so disappointed that most companies use dawn wing as their courier partner.
