I have been waiting since 30th July for the delivery of my parcel.. I check the tracker daily to see updates.. Then the delivery address was incorrect tried calling only to wait 20 minutes on the line and the call is dropped.. I then receive a call confirming change of address and was told it would be delivered today... Went back on to tracker.. Only to see delivery scheduled for 11 August... What the actual!!!!.. Absolutely ********** customer service
