Highly unhappy

I have been waiting for a parcel from Spree since the 2nd of December and no delivery has been made yet till today. I have been in contact with Dawn wing about my parcel for over a week now and a query was logged by someone called Annie who has never gotten back to me till today. This is highly unacceptable. I have ordered from Spree before and this is the first time I come across such incompetence. Someone needs to fix this and urgently. That they have a lot of customers has nothing to do with me. I paid for a service and I demand that it be done. I have waited too long now. If they have a problem then why don't they contact me as the customer. No no no. Dawn wing get your act together.
