Harassment by driver

I was harassed by one of their drivers following him delivering a parcel to my home. When I phoned their head office I was put on hold for over 2 hours while being transferred from one person to another. I finally got through to his manager who was apologetic and issued him a formal warning. But when I followed up with their human resources department to make sure it was filed I was hung up on and told they were too busy.
