Greedy and exploitative

<p>I have bought some sneakers from overseas. And have paid the shipping fee as expected,only import charges outstanding which I always pay as soon as my parcel reaches customs for clearance..in this case my custom fee was R369 but was forced to also pay R460 which is said to be agency fee..and I didn't as ask for any agency or whatsoever and I was intimidated that my parcel won't be released by some impatient lady by the name of Michelle, was told that i if I don't pay my parcel will be withheld and will also have to pay penalty fees if I don't pay within 7 days of invoice release. This is just a friendly warning to clients who normally buy from overseas. Beware of greedy couriers like dawn wing. I had always used FedEx and DHL without experiencing this nonsense. Very much disgusted.</p>
