I was concerned by the negative reviews here, but ended up having a very positive experience with an overnight package. I was lerted via SMS when the poackage was picked up from the ecommerce retailer I ordered from, alerted on the morning of the delivery day that delivery was pending, and then alerted by the driver that I was the next stop. He even called to confirm my address. At least in my case this was attentive, faultless service.
