Great service, slower customs clearance.

Felt compelled to write a review as I’m pretty sure we’re all aware that most people only review a company’s service and performance in order to voice their complaints on a public platform (I’m one of them). I’ve had a parcel come in this week from London UK on the 9th and received it on the 13th (customs processed and everything) despite it scheduled for delivery on the 17th. Smooth international delivery service and right up there DHL and Fedex. The only inconvenience (and a very small one at that) is having to fill in the documentation for customs clearance whereas other courier companies tend to have it pre cleared or use most of the information from the shipper. And the company won’t notify you that your parcel is out for delivery when it’s an international item (they do notify with local parcels).
