Great service from Dawn Wing, East London's delivery man

Dawn Wing gets it right each time for my deliveries to me in East London. One person dedicated to my area, makes it possible to build a relationship with the delivery man and the company. Thandolwethu Prins aka Thando, is efficient, takes the time to get to know his clients, delivers with a smile and is professional. He's an asset to the company. In times where safety concerns are heightened, this is invaluable for customers.

For my last delivery nearly 2 week ago, Thando called and said that my parcel was out for delivery in the afternoon, but that he was passing close by. Was it possible to deliver? I was out shopping and checked my diary. An afternoon delivery would not work for me, so I suggested he meet me in an area close to my home and on his route. He delivered in his usual friendly way to me in my car, hours ahead of the scheduled delivery. I appreciate this level of service to me.
