Great customer service

I ordered shoes online from Woolworths on the 18th of September to wear at a function on the 20th of September. This was a very small time period for the parcel to be delivered since the original delivery date were stated to be 26 September. I received an SMS on 19th of September stating that my parcel is out for delivery and that it will be delivered on 21st of September. This was past the date of my formal function when I needed the shoes, therefore I contacted the courier company enquiring if it was possible for them to have it delivered earlier. This is where Kgotso came in and provided amazing customer service by attempting to assist me in my enquiry. He immediately found out where my parcel was and had it added on the priority list. My parcel was delivered the morning on the 20th September on time for my function thanks to Kgotso.
