I had a problem with a parcel that didn't come to my address. I tracked it on the internet and gave the call centre a call to find out what went wrong. I spoke to Bongani, a very friendly and helpful guy. We sorted out the problem that they had with the delivery address, and he assured me that the parcel would be delivered the next day.
