Good customer service

I took some time to write a review as you all know time just gets the best of all! I had to go through frustration trying to get an order delivered to me 3 calls to you company to arrange the delivery. I finally got through to Lizelle in your Johannesburg office and all I can say is I have never experienced such a great customer service and this is something you dont get today! She apologized and managed to calm me she promised me that I will receive my order from loot "at this time I did not have faith as they attempted twice and failed" I was surprised when I received a call from her at 19:00 and told me my order is on route and I will recieve my order by 20:00, 5 min before the delivery had to take place she called me again and explained the courier was running late and I will still receive it tonight she followed up until 22:00 when the courier pitched up to deliver my parcel, that is what I call exceptional customer service and I feel she is a real assit to your company well done Lizelle for going the extra mile for your clients!!!
