Give Tshepi a bells please! Excellent Customer Service

I just had the best experience ever with Tshepi from Dawn Wing. She was patient, understood my frustration, followed up with the driver at every single instance to make sure I got my parcel at the time it was supposed to have been delivered.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her.

What a gem, give that woman a bells because she sure knows Customer Service to the core. I could feel the genuine smile from her call.
