Frustration Delivery Service

<p>Dawn Wing came to deliver a parcel that I've ordered to my work address. The delivery person did not call me on my cellphone, but instead just went to reception, asked them to call me on my work telephone which is on my desk, and then after not getting a response they just left. We don't just sit at our desks the entire time. We attend meetings, go for lunch, go to the bathroom, etc. For that very reason I put my personal cellphone number on the order so that the delivery person could reach me. Today was the second time this has happened. Previously it took two days of chasing after them, in which case their drivers came to my work twice and left without making the delivery, before my package was delivered. Every time I called their customer service department they told me that they would ask the driver to call me on my cellphone, which they never did. I do not ever want to deal with this company again. They deliver frustration and little else.</p>
