FRUSTRATED!!!!

I know Dawn Wing has always been reliable in the past but they called on the 7th of May, a call that i missed. I called them back about 5 times on the day and nobody is answering the phones. Its the 9th of May and I've called more than 30 times and its either i hold for more that 15mins then my call is disconnected or it rings once then disconnects. How are they going to deliver my parcel or get the info they want when no one answers any calls. Im very frustrated
