Forget about receiving your parcel

Don't ever use this company , if it's not their drivers claiming to have tried to contact you and you were not available then it's them sending sms 's at 17:30 telling you driver is on it's way and driver doesn't pitch. Then there's the call center which you'll hold for more than 15mins only for your call to be dropped ,minutes later you call and they'll take your number again...How did you send an sms if you don't have the correct number? It seems the ombudsman is the only way to deal with them
