Finally, some good service!

Thank you to Bedelia who was calm and helpful when I called to query my delivery. <br> It is a delivery from Groupon and while they have been less than marginally helpful, after just a few minutes I had feedback about my parcel and Bedelia's promise to try and get it to me as soon as possible. <br> <br> Even if the parcel can't be delivered when I requested, her great attitude and willingness to assist me will go along way the next time I need to make use of a courier company. <br> <br> She is an asset to you organisation. <br> <br> (My apologies if I have misspelt her name)
