Finally a customer service agent who actually services!

I would like to give a huge compliment to Solomon (not sure his surname but he works in the Bloemfontein branch) who took my call and calmly assisted me in tracking down my order. After an irate experience with Makro, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who actually called me back and made sure that he gave me all the information that I was looking for. Finally I know where my good are and I have a way to track them to me. Thank you Solomon!
