Feeling annoyed

I placed an online order from Woolworths, the order was supposed to be delivered on the 24th,yesterday I got a call from a lady from Dawn wing who said my delivery address was incomplete and she confirmed the address and she promised that the parcel will be delivered today....guess what???I am still waiting for my parcel and I have not heard from dawn wing.I tried calling them today and my call was dropped.

I am extremely disgusted at their poor service. I will also log a complaint at Woolworths regarding this bad service,hopefully they cancel their services with dawn wing because their useless. The lie to clients
