False Promises of Delivery

I ordered a laptop from HP on December 8th 2015and paid for it the same day. Promise of delivery was 1-3 working days. I got an email and ref number from them allowing me to track my parcel. I tracked it and it arrived in Durban 9 December 2015 at 06:28am. So I thought I would get it latest 11 December 2015 I waited and waited and nothing. I live in Kloof a 45minute drive from their offices here in Durban. Numerous calls and an email with no responses or being told its on its way or they are still looking for it to see where about it is. I called HP a lot of times too to try and get them to sort it out, as this is their courier company and I shouldn't have to suffer if their 3rd party is slow. Its been 10 days and still no package and the biggest lie Dawnwing had told HP is that my parcel was in transit , on its way on the 17th December 2015 at 13:00pm. I get home at 5pm and nothing no parcel and not because nobody was home to answer or collect it because there was, they just didn't show up. Its the festive season and I ordered my package well in advance to avoid any trouble and I'm not prepared to wait for a laptop until next year. Its absolutely disgusting this service.No laptop
