False delivery status

I have a parcel from Herbalife that was supposed to be delivered to Gugulethu, in Cape Town. The drivers on Tuesday claimed that they couldn't find the house on the address and when I had found them a person to go pick up the parcel from where they were stuck in the township but heeey they ha already left the area claiming they been waiting there for too long. Which is an absolute lie.

I tried calling them to ask them to redeliver the parcel but they never picked up the phone. Now online it says the parcel was delivered yesterday and it was signed for by the rightful person. The person has not received any parcel from Dawn Wing. I totally don't understand what the problem is with the company and its staff because even the reception has got the poorest service ever. This is the second time something like thiis happens.
