False advertising

I left out some important details. They spent 3 days "looking for my address" because I miss spelt 1 letter in my address. The worst part is the first day they were phoned we corrected the address but apparently using their initiative went over their head. Instead of calling us, on the mobile number that was given during checkout, they wait for us to call 2 days later only to get told they will deliver the next day.
