Failure to deliver goods

I bought a deal at groupon and the goods were not delivered.I phoned groupon ,they told me to call Dawn wing couriers.After many calls and them not calling back,they could not trace the parcel.Eventually it was noted that they could not deliver the parcel as i was not at home.I was never contacted and advised that or tried to re deliver the goods.<br> i contacted the risk manager at dawn wing who promised me he will sort it out.This was last year 2014!<br> <br> i sent a email twice asking what the status is ...no reply!<br> i have been reasonable! We are going for a 1 year and a half and i still don't have my goods!
