Failure to deliver a parcel , agent said she will ensure I don't receive my order and indeed I haven't received it !!

Your staff is ****** unprofessional and if you don't do anything about NO ONE will want to do business with you in future !! You are bad with investigations and you don't do any follow ups !! Orders are disappearing on a daily basis and it is just OK with you !! We use our hard earned money to buy these parcels that you guys have to deliver and you are not bothered !! You are a bunch of ******* and down right unprofessional !!!!! MYRUNWAY open your eyes and cancel your contract with these bunch of idiots !!!
