Failure to deliver

I received an SMS telling me my delivery could not be made due to an address error. I called the contact number provided in the SMS *** only to be transferred multiple times to "customer service" and then to be placed on hold without any mention as to why. I paid extra for expedited delivery, which in retrospect was a mistake.
