Failure to deliver

My Herbalife parcel was said to arrive on the 15th of May. A coloured lady called me on the 27th and told me that the driver would arrive with my parcel at around 1pm on that day. I have not received my parcel to this day! I called the lady in the morning to ask about my parcel. My phone indicates that the number is registered under Freight Services CC and she told me that the driver will arrive at 2pm, but she does not know whether he will deliver to my address or not. She said they have too many deliveries to make so they do not go to residential areas outside the CBD. Yet, my first Herbalife parcel was delivered to my residential address.
