Failed delivery

I got an sms that my parcel will be delivered today, expect delivery until 18:30. I was at work so I called my complex caretaker to take delivery and I called dawn wing to inform the driver to call me 15 minutes before arriving to make the delivery. I knocked off got home at 17:00 waited and waited but I got no communication from dawn wing. Dawn wing please respect our time, my problem is with the company that contracted you to make deliveries on their behalf, they will feel my wrath. You are a useless company.
