Eye Error - HAHAHAHA

Hello guys

First time using Dawn Wing. And 100% the last time every.

Dawn Wing has received my package already on Friday 22/05. However I realize that it would have taken a couple of days to deliver, however excitement got the better of me and I called them. However just for them to pick up the phone took exactly 15 mins.

The lady I spoke to was in fact very friendly :)

I gave them my tracking number and the person said that the package was goind to be delivered 26/05

I called them today (26/05) again to just confirm, to make arrangements to be at the delivery address. Another very friendly lady answered and told my the package was going to be delivered 28/05. I explained the previous day's exchange and she told me the the number 6 and number 8 looks almost the same, and yesterday's lady made an 'EYE ERROR'

WOW, have heard a lot of excuses but EYE ERROR - first for me

NEVER use Dawn Wing again, I for sure will never use them again.
