Extremely rude

Dawn Wing never makes contact when they make a delivery, and when the recipient follows up with them with regards to the delivery, they blame it on the recipient. They inconvenience the recipient in many ways and never want to admit that they never did not play their part. In the interim, they are extremely rude and drop calls on the caller.
