Extremely Poor Service from DPD Laser Courier – False Address Error

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from DPD Laser regarding my recent delivery. A courier by the name of Nhlanhla Lutu was assigned to deliver my parcel, and he falsely reported that my address was incomplete. This is simply not true. I received a tracking SMS from DPD Laser, and the address reflected there was 100% correct. I have used this same address many times before when ordering from Adidas and have never had any issues with deliveries until now. When the courier called, I personally confirmed my full address and unit number again over the phone to ensure there was no confusion. Despite this, he failed to deliver my parcel, and I later received an SMS at 17:46PM saying that delivery was unsuccessful due to an “address error.” That’s completely unacceptable.

I paid for this delivery service and expected it to be handled professionally. Instead, I’m left chasing my own parcel because of either negligence or poor attitude from the courier. It honestly feels like I’m being treated as if I should be grateful the delivery was even attempted when in fact, it wasn’t completed despite everything being in order on my side. We, as customers, should not have to fight for basic service we’ve already paid for.

I need my parcel delivered by Monday. This is completely unacceptable.
