Extremely disatified customer

Service is pathetic. Cannot get through to the call center, online portal not active. When the clients asked to be called back, no one attempts to return the call. Delivery was suppose to go out yesterday, no one called to update. Called today and spoke to Nolene who said by 2pm the driver will come through, its pass 2pm and I've tried to call the call center 14 times and no one can help !!! Losing money as we speak... going to cancel my account, not worth it
