Extremely Bad Service

I have been waiting for my parcel from herbalife for over 2 weeks. The 1st time I called to find out was last week Tuesday I was told that the courier will deliver the next day. No one pitched not even a call explaining what happened, I called again on Friday only to be told that there's a problem with my parcel it wasn't logged on their system, they told me that Sihle was the person dealing with that query and that she'll call me back, waited for the call till I called again this morning and a lady called Tumi just told me she transferring me to Sihle I held on for almost 10 minutes until they eventually dropped the phone on my ear. I sent the email to their info email address which no one has responded till now. I'm so frustrated I don't know what else to do. It's pathetic.
