Extremely Bad *********** will absolutely never ever recommend

If I came here first to read the reviews of Dawn Wing I would have never have opted for there service from a local 3@1 Willowbridge. I always use Aramex but Pick n Pay Willowbridge was out of bags and recommended 3@1. Out of desperation I paid R220 on Thursday for overnight. I was already late but I was told it would be delivered on Saturday. It's Monday after 5 and the package has still not been delivered. I called the contact center 5 times each person treating me like an idiot instead of doing there job. Putting me on hold for 8 minutes then just dropping the calls. I hope there calls is recorded. They just keep saying it's out on delivery but when in the middle of the night maybe. When there site said it would be at 11 this morning.
