Excellent Service

<p>I was expecting a delivery this morning. Dawn Wing called me yesterday and i missed the call (they did not leave a message). On calling them back they said a driver was trying to get hold of me but not to worry i will be called again - they never called again. This morning i receive a message that they are failing to deliver due to an incorrect / incomplete address. Had they said that yesterday, that would have been fixed then. Anyway, this morning i spoke to a nice lady to sort this out, her name is Nthabiseng. She was so helpful i received my parcel. However, the supervisor she put me theough was not helpful at all, she transfered my call without listening to me first. But Nthabi, you are great!</p>
