Excellent Customer Service - Goes the Extra Mile
I have been ordering products from a company that uses Dawn Wing as their 'distributor'. Dealing with them is such an absolute pleasure! They really go the extra mile. Personalised updates via sms - including the name if the delivery person and their vehicle registration - an expected delivery time - which is always attained. The list goes on. Another stand out fact is that the delivery guys are also so well kept - friendly, neat and so professional.
