Jeanette from Dawn Wing Jhb office has been extremely helpful in tracking down a parcel for me. She was persistent in her service and provided feedback on an ongoing basis - i was actually surprised at her level of compassion and care. She is definitely an asset to Dawn Wing and a rare gem in the service sector in South Africa. Well done Jeanette - you deserve a promotion and a raise for turning a stressful situation to one of absolute convenience! My only regret is that I didn't ask for her surname !
