Essential winter clothing for my children not delivered

I ordered clothing from Cotton On in the last week of April. 2/3 Days before Level 4 was implemented. My children required winter clothing and decided to order early, so that it woild bê delivered the moment the lockdown was lifted.

Package was handed over to Dawn Wing 2 days after the locdown, I then received a message that Rhe parcel was with Dawn Wing and would bê delivered soon. The parcel has been at Dawn Wing and not "moved" since 30 April.

I have called everyday since Monday, 4 May. I just get told it Will go our for delivery today...Another response in Facebook is that there is a delay and they are working through the orders, although family and friends that ordered clothing, also from Cotton On have received there pacages.

I am so upset. This is an essential parcel, clothing for two Smaal children. I have been forced to go do a shop and biy additional winter essentials as I have not received my parcel!!!

This is unacceptable and rediculous!
