Ernie Lane from Dawn Wing super rude for no reason

Ernie Lane from Dawn Wing is super rude and should retire if he does not like his job instead of being rude for no reason. Unfortunately he has done deliveries 3 times to me. The first time he left the box at the gate and immediately left as soon as I opened up the gate for him. This meant that I had to carry the huge heavy box all the way down to my unit, mind you I stay at the far end so it’s quite a distance.

The second time he made a delivery he attempted to leave the box by the gate and I asked him to drive in the complex so he can drop off the parcel at my unit. This guy shouted at me so loudly just because of this request. I told him my unit is far and box was big and heavy for me to carry. He drove in and dropped the box by the door.

Today unfortunately again my items had to be delivered by him, he called me and I went and opened the gate for him. When he dropped off the parcel he said “will you be fine now since you like to moan about fetching your parcel at the gate” Honestly I don’t have time for this old grumpy man and wish whenever I get my delivery it’s never done by him! I pay for delivery service and expect this to be done without any complaints or insults or being shouted at.

Maybe because I’m young, black female this guy feels the need to disrespect me! It really is uncalled for
