Endless promises but still no package! Months later!!

Worst service ever! I ordered a package from CPT to JHB, the driver contacted me on the day of delivery and I confirmed the address with him 3 times he then confirmed that he knew exactly where the place was to deliver and I also checked the address on their system after receiving an sms and rectified the address to my correct address. Later that same day I received an sms to say that my package has been delivered but I never received my package and it was delivered to the wrong address even after all the effort I put in to make sure it gets delivered to the right address. I immediately contacted dawn wings customer service and was told that the matter would be investigated, the customer service representative confirmed that he’ll phone me back but never did, and the complaint was closed in their system. I then emailed and phoned them again and again the same story, the customer service representative said shell investigate and get back to me but never did and the call was closed again. I phoned them for a third and fourth time and the same story, eventually when I phoned the 5 time (a month later) I spoke to the operations manager who confirmed that his driver delivered to the wrong address and that they will go and collect the package and deliver it to me, a week later again I did not receive my package so I phoned customer service again And again I was told the same story, it will be investigated and they will get back to me, 2 weeks later I still haven’t heard anything from dawn wing and still no package. This is unacceptable, paid courier fees and paid for the package just to struggle so much to have it delivered. I would never recommend them to anyone, pathetic service and endless promises but no results!
