Duskwing delivers late...

I've always joked that Dawnwing should be called Duskwing because they deliver so late in the day. But before being taken over and rebranded as DPD Laser at least they delivered. I have a package shipped from the Loot warehouse in Johannesburg to Vanderbijlpark last Thursday that is still not delivered or dispatched by Tuesday i.e. the latest estimated delivery date. The tracking shows that it has moved multiple times from depot to depot (no location given) but somehow is just never dispatched. Phoning the help centre is a joke - number 57 in the queue with an estimated wait time of around 30 minutes and I can't see my online message being answered today either so I'm now just left in the dark with no idea as to the whereabouts of an urgent order. I wish companies would stop using Dawnwing and rather support some of the far better courier companies that can cope with high capacity over busy seasons. The actual courier driver in our area is friendly and professional but something has clearly gone wrong further up the logistics chain.
