Drivers lie so much

The drivers lie so much. I’m at home, all day with the gate open. THRICE the driver “couldn’t reach” me, even though I had my phone on so he could contact me. I complain again, they tell me I’ll have it before 20h the same day, apparently they have someone on night shift and they’ll take care of it. Cool? No. He doesn’t come. I call again, more lies. I have my phone in my hand. I still don’t have my parcel.
