Driver **** about contacting me

Apparently the driver knocked on my door and noone answered so he dropped my package off at the reception at the estate I live in. My issue is the driver clearly **** about this as I was home the entire day and no contact was made with me to inform me that my package on route to be delivered, even after being delivered to reception, no follow up contact. How was I suppose to know where the hell my package was. This courier is not worth the time and effort I put into finding my package .
