Driver delay, my issue ?

I would not reccomend them as a courier. The package was scheduled for delivery on 05/06/2024, and when looking on the map for tracking it showed the correct address. Then suddenly you get a message the driver could not deliver due to incorrect address.

No phone call from the driver, nothing.

After speaking to a manager ln 06/06/2024 I was promised delivery the same day. The afternoon I checked in and was told it would only be delivered 4 days later as that is the due date.

So because of the driver not doing his job I have to wait and get empty promises from management ? Seems normal practice to send the package on the last possible date, not provide good customer service.
