DREADFUL SERVICE BEYOND BELIEF

They don't deserve even one star!!! Shocking service beyond belief - for two weeks they have been trying to collect a parcel from me - how difficult can it be? They keep getting the address and time and date wrong after confirming more than twice a day almost daily for two weeks. Today again....I wonder if my parcel will ever be collected. This is by far the worst service imaginable. I suggest they try another line of business or go for extensive training as they are definitely not getting it right. Staff also have a terrible attitude. Would never recommend this courier company to anyone.
