Dpd South Africa worst courier service

Dpd is the worst to use as a courier service. I got told a parcel is expected to be delivered on 23/12/2025 I waited and waited. I tried calling customer service 12 times before getting through. The operator advise the parcel is due to arrive in the next few minutes. I waited at my gate for 55mins. I called again. The operator advised the parcel is only scheduled for 24/12 . I got a message later that evening to say delivery failed. I called again and the operator said the driver said there was no one there and no cell phone number after he confirmed my cell the first time I called. I said please call me when you are at the gate and he confirmed the name and number. Still no success with locating the parcel or the driver.
