DPD Laser you are pathetic

I have been dealing with the following people: Liz Tshelane Seabi Matlaletsa Not sure why DPD laser has them working for them, they are beyond useless. Have copied the following people in mails: Yolande Wolfaard Jamie Kassle Gift Msiya Johannes Moeeng As expected none of them either has the common decency to come back to me. DPD laser is a buch of *******. Took my money beginning april. Parcel never collected and was told had to wait till end april to do refund. A month later and noting and all they can say we are investigating. Such a same that companies like this is still around. Used dhl and can give them 10 out of 10. DPD laser can only in their dreams want to provide a service like that. from previous complaints it seems like they do not even monitor this site so again useles.
