DPD Laser / Dawn wing...worst courier on the block

Hello I have previously sent you an e-mail regarding a parcel from UK. No response. This morning I called various of your numbers, no response. Parcel was send 10 January and you have not had the good sense to contact me and inform me what needs to be done to clear this. We will not use your service in the future
