DPD laser Dawn wing ****mers

Dpd laser dawn wing is a bad courier company, do business with them at ur own risk. My parcel has been with them since 21 Nov 2025, called in last week on the 4th December, waiting for long on the phone to get to an agent then finally when I do, I was told my contact number was wrong, I gave them my number and was promised that my parcel will be delivered the following day, today it’s the 9th of December and I haven’t got parcel. I’ve been trying to call them and the phone just hangs up… I’m so FEDUP! my parcel will end up missing or is already missing. No one seems to know what they are doing😡
